Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the ThunderPeak API gateway ("the Service"), an independently operated software service.
1 · Service
The Service routes requests to third-party model providers over compatible API formats. ThunderPeak is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Alibaba, Moonshot or Zhipu; model names are used solely to describe API compatibility.
2 · Accounts & keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity under your account. Keys may be revoked at any time for abuse or violation of these terms.
3 · Credits
Credits purchased are non-refundable except where required by law, never expire, and are consumed at the published per-model rates. Usage is metered on a token basis.
4 · Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell access without authorisation, probe or disrupt the gateway, use the service for unlawful content, or misrepresent the Service as an official offering of any model provider. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
5 · Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Upstream providers may experience outages; we make no guarantee of uptime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
7 · Resale & agency
Reselling access requires our prior approval and a wholesale agreement. Approved resellers operate their own product and are solely responsible for their customers' pricing, support, invoicing, taxes, refunds, abuse handling and legal compliance, and must not present the Service as an official product of any model provider. ThunderPeak may approve, reject, suspend or remove reseller access at any time.
8 · Platform rights
We may suspend or terminate any account or key, and withhold referral rewards, where we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, self-referral, payment reversal, or a violation of these terms. Referral rewards are a program benefit, not a contractual entitlement, and program terms may change.
6 · Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Effective 2026-09-09.
